Interactive training for management and partner teams is based on the “star model” of Jay Galbraith, organization design guru. After the training, participants get a written report and an action plan to build trust in the team.
“How can anyone deal with a person who cannot be trusted? If there is no axle in the chariot, how can you ride in it?” said Confucius. Trust is the foundation of successful partnership relations.
JANSEN offers an interactive TRUST training for the management staff and partner teams. It is based on the “star model” of Jay Galbraith, the guru of organization design.
The ratio of theory and practice in the workshop is 10% / 90%.
After the training, participants get a written report and an action plan from a JANSEN expert to build trust in the team.
The eight-hour training includes three stages:
1. Passing a one-minute test that determines the level of team involvement.
2. Teamwork: determining which of the five components of Galbraith (Strategy, Structure, Processes, KPI and Rewards, and People) is cumbersome.
3. A series of exercises that help participants to get to know each other better.
