Informed leadership

Studies show that leadership is a set of specific patterns of behavior that distinguish it from the traditional behavior of policy makers acting in an administrative management style. These models can be mastered at a two-day training. The latter presents both a belief system, providing the foundation for leadership, and specific tools and techniques being used by prominent leaders.

“People ask the difference between a leader and a boss… The leader works in the open, and the boss in covert. The leader leads, and the boss drives,” – Theodore Roosevelt

Leadership starts with the ability to control oneself and one’s thoughts and emotions. JANSEN offers a two-day Informed Leadership training for business owners and top managers.

Training objective: To enhance personal responsibility, improve the skills of managerial interaction of project participants, and help the company’s management staff to build an effective team.

The training is divided into eight blocks, covering the main facets of leadership.

The 70/30 ratio of theory and practice attach particular importance and value to the training.

We conduct both open training and corporate training – for top management teams of individual companies.

Modern companies need leaders — initiators and inspirers, capable of bear-leading people to the boldest goals of the business.
