It allows finding a consensus in areas where interests do not coincide and opinions or views differ.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In the process of negotiating, people want to:<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Reach a mutual agreement on the issue where, as a rule, interests clash;<br \/>\n&#8211; Withstand the confrontation that inevitably arises due to conflicting interests, at that not damaging the relationship.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To achieve this, a person has to be able to:<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Set clear goals and tasks<br \/>\n&#8211; Solve the problem<br \/>\n&#8211; Establish the person-to-person interaction<\/p>\n<p><strong>TRAINING OBJECTIVES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Learn the principles and technology of effective negotiation.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Master efficient communication styles.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Develop active listening skills.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Improve personal performance in the negotiation process.<\/p>\n<p>Training participants perform individual and group practical tasks \u2013 solving problems and cases and participating in business role-playing games.<br \/>\nThe ratio of theory and practice is 20% \/ 80%.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Negotiation is an ancient and universal means of human communication.
