JANSEN offers an interactive TRUST training for the management staff and partner teams. It is based on the “star model” of Jay Galbraith, the guru of organization design.<\/p>\n
The ratio of theory and practice in the workshop is 10% \/ 90%.<\/p>\n
After the training, participants get a written report and an action plan from a JANSEN expert to build trust in the team.<\/p>\n
The eight-hour training includes three stages:<\/strong><\/p>\n 1. Passing a one-minute test that determines the level of team involvement.<\/p>\n 2. Teamwork: determining which of the five components of Galbraith (Strategy, Structure, Processes, KPI and Rewards, and People) is cumbersome.<\/p>\n 3.
